In a letter headed "Dr. Parents," the writers, Int.(?) and Lally Cunningham, describe good conditions in Springfield and Zanesville, Ohio. They list prices to be had for items such as wheat, rye, oats, beef, pork, linen, etc. and describe animals they own and crops they have planted. The writer also says he is engaged in "making the eighth loom since I came here; it is on a plan entirely new to me but I am attempting an improvement which engrosses my attention ..."
